Deepened Thoughts

Last Wednesday, we had a talk focusing on "Human Sexuality" and the speaker also discussed about the difference of love and infatuation as well as the the difference between men & women (though it's quite obvious) as we went along with our talk.

These things were also discussed and were expanded in our TLE class on the first quarter. Yup! TLE as in Technology, Livelihood, & Education because our school believes that TLE is not just about cooking, and doing stuffs that would help us have more money in the future. TLE class is the time when we discuss about the reality that us, teenagers, are facing right now aside from GG (Group Guidance). This blog post will (hopefully) deepen our thoughts about men & women in terms of the attitudes and perspective about love and also learn or see the difference between the words "love" & "infatuation".

What Boys Like About Girls

Boys like girls who are neat and has a pleasing personality. A girl who is friendly and sincere. And, a girl that's intelligent & PUNCTUAL. Girls should also be punctual, not just boys! Aside from the fact that it's unfair but also because we don't need to make ourselves more beautiful because the face that God gave us is already enough.

What Girls Like About Boys

Girls like boys who are courteous & gentleman. Being a gentleman is not just about simply opening the door and would ask the girl to enter first but about respecting the girl's privacy, reputation, & having the guts to wait.
Girls also like boys who has a pleasing appearance (as in neat, not just being handsome) & personality, considerate, and of course, a boy who KNOWS HOW TO ACCEPT DEFEAT.

Facts About Boys

Boys are...
1. Insensitive to emotional needs  
2. Adventurous                            
3. Turned on sight, smell, & touch
4. Do tasks on at a time             

Facts About Girls

Girls are...

1. Sensitive to emotional needs           
2. Conservative                                  
3. Turned on by attention, time, & effort
4. Multitaskers                                  

To sum these things up, boys & girls have different.

Infatuation vs. Love

Infatuation

selfish, based on ones physical appearance, love of emotion.

Love

selfless, involves commitment, love of devotion

Minsan nalilito tayo kung ano nga ba yung nararamdaman natin so it's better to know the differences between the two.
